@Jodugar Are you able to turn on Mobile data by doing the following:
Settings > Connections > Data usage > Tap Mobile data to enable/disable this.
If this doesn't work, do you have a data limit set on your device?

@Jodugar Please remove or reset the current APN settings on your device by doing the following:
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Connections.
4. Select Mobile networks.
5. Select Access Point Names.
6. Select the menu icon in the top right-hand corner.
7. Select Reset to default.
8. Select Reset.
Once you have done that, add them again by doing the following:
1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Connections.
4. Tap Mobile networks.
5. Tap Access Point Names.
6. Tap Add
7. Enter the relevant details, then tap the menu icon
8. Tap Save
You can contact your network provider to confirm these details.
