Hi There I got samsung s20 plus 5g every thing is working only issue which I am facing is when I trying to delete some app then pop up show Do you really want to delete app? there I am not able to click sure or cancel button even though all these kind of pops I am unable to click any button HELP ME PLEASE

it is just giving a small green line on top other then that screen is complete blackout
