When this works, it is great - however it is NOT consistent. Sometimes the streaming is in both ears, sometimes in just one and never the same one. Same with phone calls. I have paired and repaired. Tech done the same. Have restarted pre elimination of pairing. Have reset oticon app. Any work arounds? This is so frustrating I am looking at Apple Pro Max 13.

@WTS3: If you haven't tried this already, please head to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Enhancements > Hearing Aid Support, and follow the on screen instructions. While you're hear, check out some of the other enhancements to help you get the best sound experience, such as Adapt Sound. Regarding the inconsistent sound balancing, try enabling Mono Audio to see if this helps.

Both the tech and I have done this. No change including switching the mono audio on and off. Thanks for the suggestion.
