Galaxy s10. Never had this issue before. But in the last week my media volume keeps unmuting it self. I will completely mute it and not 1 min later the volume will be back on at the halfway point. The only way to get it to stop is to go to accessibility >hearing enhancement >mute all sound. I like to play games while I work but ads will come on and the volume isn't muted anymore. The mute all isn't a great fix cuz when I get a call I hsve to go to all those steps to unmute it. But I hsve found no other way to keep the media volume muted. No other volumes unmute just media. Can someone help.

@Butterfly6118: You may wish to try heading to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Volume > Use Volume Keys for media, and toggle this option off. You can also tap the 3 dots in the top right > Media volume limit > On > Custom volume limit, and move the slider all the way to the left to see if this helps.
