Has anyone else have this problem when adapting sound using this feature, when I'm going through the set up of adapting the frequencies to suit my hearing the high frequency tones stop working, I've tried multiple headphones, my phone is the Samsung galaxy s20 ultra, this only started with the UI 4.1 update, I'm also having same problems with my Samsung galaxy s22 ultra

Using the members app, go to get help at the bottom of the page. Scroll down until you see error report. Click and send the developers an error report explaining the issue your having.
