Who had a problem since last soft wear up date with notification alarm sound.

Who had problems with sound on notification and alarm. Since last soft wear up date. I thought was my phone so changed it. Was ok till this phone did a update.

Hi Kbwolf sorry you are having this issue, are you able to tell us more details? Like what model phone? Which update are you referring to? What exactly are the problems with sound on the notification and alarm exactly?

S20 fe some times when message or phone calls or alarm only vibration no sound. If turn phone on off some times resets it.

I did! I've tried everything I can think of to fix this. The notifications for Messenger are just fine. The problem is with regular text messages notifications. And yes, I have checked every single volume control that has been advised.

They done update since and turned phone off for 30 mins now much better
