Hi
I am having an issue with my phone. Whenever I am using my headphone (usb c connection on the headphoes) on my S21 they cut out after 5 mins. I loose the sound and microphone function.
I also use them on my A52s (work phone), my Tab 5 and my works laptop and they work fine on all those devices.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this issue? It is driving me insane.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Sarah

@Members_4AzONCv: Are you using a particular app when the headphones stop working, and is it always after a 5 minute period? Have you noticed if your Galaxy S21 is going idle (locking itself) when the issue occurs?
In the meantime, please try heading to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down and select USBSettings > Force stop > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device. You should also check the USB port on the phone for any dust or debris that might be causing an obstruction, and clear anything you find with a soft bristled brush or compressed air.

Hello,
I have the same issue. I believe it is factory problem. When you put the phone in Airplane mode, there are no problems.
