Bluetooth keeps turning off

Hi,

So i just got this phone (Galaxy S20 FE) and whenever I try to listen to music the bluetooth keeps randomly disconnecting every 5 minutes or so. And there are times where I want to turn on bluetooth however it just refuses to do so.

I've never had this issue with my other devices with my bluetooth headphones so I know that its not my bluetooth headphones thats causing the issue. I restarted this phone multiple times alongside the headphones, and I checked if there were any updates, and there are none. I have no idea how to resolve this issue now.

Hi there,did you tried, Clear Bluetooth cache? If no Go to Bluetooth, then Storage, then Clear Cache. And clean storage You can also unpair all the Bluetooth devices from your phone and try to pair them back

Unfortunately when i try to clear the cache the button is not letting me. It has a dark-grey colour and it just won't let me click on it.

Press and hold the Side key and the Volume up button on the side of the phoneRelease the Side key when the phone turns on, but keep holding the Volume up button until the device enters Reboot ModePress the Volume down button to select Wipe cache partition ?
