Issue with Adding eSIM on Samsung Galaxy S21 5G

I have just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S21 5G but there's issue with it when adding an esim to it, after clicking on the add esim from the section in settings it will just keep loading loading it will load for not limited time and will not give any response but continue loading and am 100% sure that my internet is good and my phone is always updated, you can check from the attached video.I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, but I'm experiencing an issue when trying to add an eSIM. After selecting "Add eSIM" in the settings, the process gets stuck in an endless loading loop, with no response or progress. I'm certain my internet connection is stable, and my phone is fully updated. Please refer to the attached video for more details.

I had a temporary  issue with esim on another device, though did get notified it could not be added inititially and later problem with connection even though the wifi seemed fine.

I would try resetting the Network connections, General Management-Reset-Reset and /or Reset your Router (if you are using wifi).    In my case Rebooting Router solved it.

Please try adding esim by scanning QR code. You must be connected on wifi.

Adding via QR code is generally the best method, likely you have followed the procedure  https://www.esim.net/helpdesk/knowledge-base/how-to-install-an-esim-on-an-android-phone/  and it is some sort of connection issue.

I bought mine yesterday(s21 ultra 5g), and i am facing the same issue..... Were you able to fix it???

I Have try adding esim with qr code or camera app but still face same issue.

I have try factory reset my phone and also flashing tow or three driffernt firmware.

But my issue did not solve at all.

Anyone Khnow how to solve this issue

Hi. Please make sure the QR code hasn't been used before for the same number. Also, try resetting network settings and removing any physical sim. Then try adding esim with a new QR code or you can use the manual method as well with a specific esim code. You can request this from your network. Also try using different wifi network. Try updating your phone software. If the problem doesn't solve. Please contact the seller or if your device is still in Warranty you can send it to samsung under warranty or you can have remote support from them as well. They can go through some troubleshooting steps with you remotely. Thank you
