Ive just had a firmware update installed a couple of days ago, and then this morning whilst accessing my phone the screen gone black. Just like everyone is saying I can feel the phone vibrate and Im getting notifications but still cant see anything . Going to try a restart without seeing the screen and if not will let the phone run out of power and then try and restart. Im so annoyed, always had Samsung phones but this might make me change to APPLE?
