I am using a Samsung S7 model SM-G930A (necessary for compatibility with Samsung's keyboard cover which does not support contemporary models.)
Contact information is no longer showing on lock screen (likely some inadvertent configuration change.)
There is an option to place contact information on the lock screen, accessed via Settings > Lock Screen and Security > Clock and Facewidgets > Contact Information. This field contains the text I (normally) would display on lock screen. In this settings group there are also options for selecting clock style, roaming clock (I have turned off), FaceWidgets (I do not use), and then Contact Information (it includes the intended text.)
How can I restore the behavior of showing this contact information as text on the lock screen?
Thank you!

Hello 👋 @Dave737373 and Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
First try a reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Hello BandOfBrothers,
Your advice perfectly fixed the problem on the first try! Thank you!
Also - there have been some stability problems with the samsung keyboard cover (I think other applications sometimes responding to cover or it's driver); reboot of phone improved that problem significantly.
Thank you for extending usability life of a unique product (samsung keyboard cover)!
