So, Bluetooth on my Galaxy s21 5g goes off by itself after the recent update, I can not switch it back on. Randomly it comes back for a minute or two, and goes off. Restarting the phone 'fixes' it for a few minutes. Problem repeats.
I tried:
-battery saver settings
-safe mode(same situation)
-resetting network setting
-clearing partition cache
-clearing Bluetooth cache
-checked for sleeping apps
-no battery restrictions for BT app
are you aware of the problem and planning on fixing it soon?, I can see a54 users had the same issue after the update in 2023.
Regards

@Members_s7eZ1e0: The team work on a queue basis, therefore I am unfortunately unable to provide a definitive turnaround time for their response. All I can suggest is keeping an eye on the Samsung Members app, where the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you may wish to try heading to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Advanced settings > Bluetooth control history, and check to see if any apps are listed that correspond with your issue.
