I'm facing a very strange issue on my S21 for the last week or so. Until then, bluetooth working perfectly with all my devices, however, last week I started to notice a very noisy distorsion when using my bluetooth headphones in a call, both trough Teams or a phone call.
I thought it was a headphones' problem, but I tryed with 4 different bluetooth devices (headphones, Jabra speakers and car BT) and I'm still getting this extremely distorted sound that makes impossible to use them for a call.
Bluetooth works for audio, although I had to disable A2DP hardware offload since some devices stopped working also for playing BT music.
I've restarted the phone, repaired the BT and I even performed a factory reset with no luck
Any ideas?

I am experiencing the same issue on S21 Ultra now. Did you find a solution by any chance?

Bro this is by far the worst experience I have had with any phone ever. Paid over 1k and bought it specifically for the cameras which have a horrible hardware issue where the main camera cannot focus unless I shake the phone. I have the Bluetooth distortion problem as well in calls making it unusable. Also I tried calling Samsung tons of times while the phone was under still warranty and it was literally Impossible to get it fixed here in Jamaica. Kept giving me a number for some place that was impossible to reach. So yea two of the most important things....namely the camera and calls don't work on this flagship.

Hi,
Was a solution for this problem found at all? I have a similar problem with my S21 Ultra. Can listen to music via bluetooth in my car, but calls are so distorted, I cannot make/take them. My S8 worked no problems.
Hoping someone has an answer. A lot to pay for a phone that can't do something so simple!
Thanks 😊

Hi. Have you contacted Samsung at all? Were they able to help? I have a refurbished S21 doing the same. Not sure if I contact seller or Samsung. Seems to be a common problem.
Any advice would be much appreciated 😊

Same here.
Galaxy S10e
Tried hard reset but nothing.
I'll try uninstall all samsung customized applications related to bluetooth or a standard rom, as it seems to be a problem only related to samsung devices

To anyone who has this issue and tried everything: I just found out it's a hardware issue for me. Discovered this by a comment on a reddit page.
To check:
Make a call through your headset or anything so you can hear the sound, then apply pressure to phone. For me the sweet spot seems to be pusing on the right corner from back to front, whilst having your thumb on the right side of the screen at the position of the on/off button. Kind of like you're trying to open a pot.
When I do that, the sound turns normal! But as soon as I let go, it goes to the horrible sound again.
I will contact Samsung to check if this can be repaired...
