Did you S21 5g SM-G991U get the One ui 7 yet?

Hi guys, i have a S21 5G SM-G991U, ΧΑΑ/ΧΑΑ,ΧΑΑ/TMΒ and i didn't het the One UI 7 yet, so i wonder is it rolled out for some of you who has the same specifics as me or i am the only kne who didn't got it yet

Dont have that device but to be sure all is good-
Go to settings- About phone- Software information- Service provider software version- what does it say? If this matches/ doesnt your region this will be why.

*seen that yours is a US phone- if youre in the UK your phone is in the wrong region. If youre in the states, youre asking in the wrong forum

This normally causes issues when bought from amazon/ebay/ from a local small business phone shop. The region doesnt match so your phone cant be updated.
*sometimes can be done on smart switch on a pc

You've either got a phone for the US region and you're in Europe or you're in the wrong Samsung members forum. XAA is unlocked US and TMB is T Mobile. If you're in the US you need to ask in the US members forum.

Hi, thank you for replying, about the Service provider software version, mine says : SAOMC_SM-G991U_OYN_XAA_14_0012 XAA/XAA,XAA/TMB, and i live in Morocco so i think this is why!

Ah then yes! Thats a mismatch of regions... so you cant really do much about that, sadly..... you could try updating using smart switch on a pc- this sometimes works

Hi again and thank you for your advice, I have tried the smart switch method but it didn't work, what i did is changed my CSC to Thailand then the problem was solved, when I checked the updates, I was 5 updates behind, I have downloaded them, and got the ONE UI 7, I currently using it, no issues, it works perfect.
