S21 One UI 6 update???

Looking through the posts..the UI 6 that came out earlier in the year didn't go well for a several people.

When I go to up date my G991U I'm still sitting at UI v5.1.  Is Samsung dropping the updates on this device already?  Has anyone else had any luck with the 6.0 update?

It's all crickets on the boards.

Never had any issues on my s21 ultra.

One UI 7 will probably be the last update, though, for the S series.

Hey! As far as I know, One UI 6.0 has already been released for S21 around December 2023. So it was out for a while. Try restrating your device, connect to wifi and give it a try again, if this does not work, try downloading smart switch both on your mobile and your PC or Laptop and try updating using a cable. If none of them work, do contact samsung and detail about your issues. Could also be that the phone is imported from another region and so won't be getting updated

Chatting with tech support now.  Saw several rants from people on Reddit that upgraded back earlier in the year, but nothing past February.
