Your phone will be blocked tomorrow guaranteed. Then it take 3 to 5 days to unblock. Mine has today . So it's going back now. I on phone right now to trading standards. Samsung just say gonna pass your issue to someone else.not one person has got back to me regarding these issues started. They just have one transcript in front of them. Will pass on to relevant person. Pile of sh*te

My samsung S21 Ultra has been blocked since Tuesday 12th October 2021. Deadline to return tradein was 13/10/21 have delivery tracking proof it was delivered to trade in on 13/10/21.
I have emailed about 15 times, Phoned MTR Group Ltd on 0333 207 9676 and always get answer phone message blaming Covid as an excuse not to answer.......Shocking and shoddy customer service, I've live chat Samsung product support who provided the following reply, the email they gave doesn't work and bounces back!
If you have any further issues, please contact seuk.casemanagement@samsung.com. I can assure you that the relevant team can sort this one for you.
I've had enough of being fobbed off and nobody taking responsibility.
I moved away from Apple to the Samsung S21 Ultra, I am returning the phone and heading back to Apple!

Hi, have you been told you can return your phone for a refund??
I'm in the same position and I keep getting bounced around by helpful customer services people who realise they're just wasting my time sending me to another dept.
I've been a Samsung customer for around 12 years and I've started reading forums going back yrs saying the trade-in scheme is a huge scam... I feel really annoyed with myself for not reading up first.
I feel like I've been miss-sold and my product is defective in this state. Is this grounds for refund & trade-in returned??
I'm deffo going Apple... the irony is I've started to use my partners old iPhone since Samsung have stolen access to my S21 and I'm slowly being converted!
They must think people are crackers, for me they've taken away every possible way to call/complain/email... this must be of interest to Which/trading standards or some form of Ombudsman.

Ok everyone, I contacted rip off Britain. They called me back and want to investigate my case, infact have already started. They want to air this on TV this week. I suggest you all contact BBC rip off Britain too. Let's sort the tossers out
