Delivery Reports

I have a Samsung S9 and use the text message app that was installed on the phone. I have delivery reports switched on, so I get a sound when a text is delivered and an icon at the top of my screen. This afternoon, this has stopped happening. Everything is still switched to 'on' so I can't understand why this has happened. Help?

Hi @AmandaM. Please can you try a Soft Reset? This doesn't delete anything from your phone, it fixes any minor issues that may be occurring. To do this, hold the 'Power' button and the 'Volume Down' button, both together for ten seconds and your phone will restart. Let me know if that sorts it out!

My s9 is doing exactly the same stopped working yesterday lunchtime.

I've reset it and they arent working all is switched on

Is yours working yet mine isnt
