Hi there,
I have had 2 SIM cards on my phone for years and the option "Data Switching and backup calling" has always been off since my SIM2 is only used for receiving calls/texts and is a PAYG.
Last month I traveled abroad for work and my SIM1 took a while to connect to a network. To my surprise, I received a text on my SIM2 saying I didn't have any more credit because my phone had been using data from SIM2.
How is that possible while having that option disabled? And yes, I triple checked and that option was still disabled when that happened, I am very careful about those kind of things.
Please help, I don't want that to happen again!

I suppose it's viable that something glitched @Members_lVzk6Gy
Personally I would go into sim manager and turn off the sim card I don't want to use.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
