Contact profile pic problem

Hello everyone I hope you're having a good day I just wanted to ask why I cannot currently set background and profile pics for certain people I've been able to do it for some of my contacts but some of them are not if anyone knows what this problem is please contact me in the comments below thank you have a good day

Are all you contacts saved either to the SIM card OR the device?

If a mixture of both, that may be your issue.

They are saved on the sim card and a device that's the problem I don't know what's going on

Your reply isn't clear.

If some are saved to the SIM and others to the phone, I would suggest try moving one of your contacts where you cannot add a profile pic to your phone contacts not SIM) to see if that works.

If it does, you know what to do 🤞

Okay I've now saved them directly on my sim card and also back them up to we have a clone thank you so much for the censor this is the conclusion have a good day
