Hi. I've just tried to update my s21 5g. The next thing I noticed was the screen going blue as in the picture. I've tried restarting the phone but it just goes straight back to the blue screen, nothing seems to work. I have been having trouble lately with the phone just restarting on its own which has been a pain, I'm wondering whether this happened whilst doing the update and the phone is just stuck in download mode. Is the phone doomed or can I rescue it? My upgrade isn't for another 9 months so I'm using an old beat up s9+ for now

Unfortunately even just plugging in the charger now just brings up that screen. Any help would be appreciated

The best option for u is to go to the Samsung store and have someone look at it.

Not much help to be honest, the person said that they only deal with the US, I'm in the UK. I have booked a repair and for a courier to collect the phone. This was purchased through EE on a monthly contract in September 2021 so it should be under warranty. It says that I should give the courier proof of purchase but I haven't got access to a printer so I cannot print the email confirmation

I'm currently having the same issue on my S22 Ultra and no service support vendor will touch it as they viewed this as a samsung software issue.
