Bluetooth stops

After joining s10+ to my PC the pairing numbers appear and says connected. 

Then immediately cuts off and says cannot connect 

.Am I missing something here. Please help

@Anonymous User: Does a Bluetooth Passkey appear at the bottom of the screen on your S10+? If so, you may be required to enter the passkey on your PC in order to establish a stable connection.

Thanks Andrew, boxes appear on phone and PC with a number. On PC

it says does this number agree with your phone, to which I click YES but then on the phone it says cannot connect check your settings, but what settings as all seems to be done?/
