Blocked call by phone

My parents phone number has been blocked by my phone - I've looked on my blocked phone numbers, but theirs isn't in there! Why has it done this? It goes straight to answerphone! I didn't want this, why has it happened? Can anyone help please?

@asatorsbabe: Can you try Swiping up from your Home Screen > Open the the Contacts app > Select your parents number > Tap the 3 dots in the bottom right, and select 'Unblock contact' if applicable. If the problem persists, try heading to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Supplementary Services, and check your Call Forwarding and Call Barring settings. Furthermore, head to Settings > Connections > Flight Mode, and toggle this off if it is active.

This is happening to me too. Certain people cannot ever reach me but they are not barred or forwarded. I'm now missing medical calls and really need to resolve this fast. Can anyone help please?
