Battery issue

I bought my s24 fe phone 2 weeks ago (the phone is new from samsung). I charged my phone till 80% to protect my battery and when I wake up it's around 70 to 75%. I my phone throughout the day around from 9 am to 12am. I have 120hz on (cus i like it this way) but when it reaches 40% it turns on battery saving mode. 

I think my battery drains abit quickly any tips?

Hi there, it is completely normal, if you charged to 80% and overnight it drained 5% if your WiFi, Bluetooth etc is on and apps running in background it is normal I charge before I go to bed and overnight it drains like 5-10% since my wifi is on etc

Also you can go into settings > battery and check battery usage whitch apps draining the most power from your battery and if your not happy you could tap on app and there should be background limit usage option toggle that on

Also under battery setting you can go and turn this option on

As the phone is new it will be just coming out of the initial learning phase ,so the battery optomises to your usage habits.  

Also it will take a few charges and discharges to reach optimum output.

So the phone optimise without adaptive power saving?

I tried everything and still my battery is draining fast. This phone is labeled has it can be used for a whole day or 13 hours of battery but I'm only getting like 8 hours max plus it drains so fast.

Could be many things
You don't say what phone you have
If its new, could be going through a battery learning cycle
If its old it could need a new battery

Could be one or two apps that are constantly background running
Have you checked in the device care section to see what's using the battery most.

Try clearing the Partition Cashe

Is it a new problem or something that's always been an issue?

Try doing a search on this forum, as there will be loads of similar questions asked before with various solutions
