Another problem with my S21 FE, Bluetooth calling

Have found recently another problem that i have tried to fix in numerous different ways, when using Bluetooth for calling i cannot hear anything and the person on the other side cannot hear me, i have tried calling in safe mode using Bluetooth and no luck after using a few different developer options to do with Bluetooth still nothing will work, problem occurring on a S21 FE, this is getting annoying because this is not the first problem im having a problem with this phone having a problem with WiFi not working, check my other post for details on it.

@AndrewMiller573: If you have a Bluetooth headset connected to your Galaxy S21 FE, then please head to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On > Tap the cog symbol to the right of your headphones > Toggle on 'Calls' from here. If you have a set of Galaxy Buds then you can double tap the touchpad to answer an incoming call. For call audio issues, try pressing and holding the Volume Up button to increase the overall call volume. If the caller can't hear you, then please confirm the model name/number of your Bluetooth headset, so we can explore further troubleshooting steps.

I have the same problem, with multiple functioning headphones, and this does not solve it. I've restarted and reconnected. Any suggestions?

Have you resolved this problem? I have the same model S21FE and ive tried multiple headphones they don't work for calls. I can listen to music but can't use them for phone calls.

I have the same issue. Have called a few times to samsung. Once they got me to go to android auto and hit the button "connect to car" worked for music into my earbuds, but it never solved the phone call with earbuds issue. It connects to bluetooth, but neither person can hear anything on either end.

Pls let me know if you find anything. Started happening in January sometime I think? I thought it was an update, but haven't been helped yet

My Bluetooth headset is open move by aftershokz. I got the headset to work with Spotify and my audiobook app but as soon as there's a phone call, no sound is received or sent - like it's on mute. The settings are on for calls and audio on the Bluetooth but nothing is working for the phone calls. I am getting sounds from the phone for notifications but nothing during a call even though it says it's connected. Any help would be appreciated.
