Hi there, Nothing helped me so far. Tried hard resetting my TV enen. Don't really want to reduce to hard resetting my phone as well. After a lot of testing, I fixed my smart view via changing settings on the router. My router was set to automatically change channel for the best signal, but "play content" only works on certain channels, and was more frequently available on 2.5ghz than 5ghz. Make sure youbsplit your wifi, then try having a play with the channels and see if it helps
