A54 Sim Card Manager not showing.

Model SM-A546E

I tried to install an eSim from Airolo, as I thought my phone was compatible. 

I used an eSim earlier this year in Chile.

I am now trying to install eSim for Cambodia however there is no Sim Card Manager to enable the install. 

Any help is much appreciated!

@Gsammells : I have looked into this for you, and the Galaxy A54 only supports a single, physical nano-SIM, and is not compatible with eSIMs. Please note that the 'SIM manager' setting is only available on devices with dual SIM capabilities, which is why it is not visible on this model. I hope this helps.

Out of interest, how did you use an ESim previously?

I think I was mistaken about previously using an eSim

Why do some A54 models have esim capability and others do not? Can this be resolved by a software update?
