Can't find Sim Card Manager

I'm trying to set up a second SIM on my S10 SM-G973U1 but there is no option under connections- can anyone assist

The SM-G973U1 model is typically a single SIM variant, but the SM-G973F/DS version supports dual SIM functionality

Not all S10 are deal sim models you can tell by looking at the type of sim card holder is.
