Case number ****** and Kirsty ***** @ Senior Customer Services Executive UK & Eire through their head office is dealing with it . Email address is ******* this goes to the very highest point In Samsung hoping enough people can email them to change there software and give proper affected a software update which clears this problem as I have had microphone 2 replaced twice as well as the motherboard and its still the same and the phone reset and cleared 3 times I cannot go through that again:(
