Failed To Register my Samsung A54 on Samsung Website

I am trying to register Samsung A54 on website to validate my warranty  status. Its shows me to update following data:
1) Date of Delivery
2) Proof of Purchase
3) Mobile number

after entering all details when I click "Submit". Nothing happens. It won't submit. I tried it on different browsers but I always get same result. It won't submit.

My mobile registration is pending and I cant see my warranty status.

Have you looked on the members app under support. Mobile devices are normally registered upon first setting up. If it's already registered it will show in your products. My tab s9 ultra registered automatically after set up and my phone.
