Goddamnit! Same thing, it has been happening to my A55 for a week and it is very annoying! It happens every single time after i made a phone call, and the whatsapp voice note fail to record my voice, after i finished recording the message it shows as flat dots!
I tried to restart my phone but to no avail, went into safe mode but it doesnt fix anything. Went to Members and tried phone diagnostics it says mircophone 1 has issue and require immediate attention. Sometimes out of the sudden whatsapp voice recording works. Im pretty sure this is software issue that Samsung needs to fix! The customer service isnt helpful at all too! Sick and fed up of Samsung devices, having owned both the Z Fold 4 and A55 and all i can say is Samsung products are indeed disappointing. Looks good on the hardware but isnt durable and full of flaws inside. I missed Huawei badly.
