Hi. Wonder if anyone can help me out here. I have a Samsung a16 and have set a custom sound within WhatsApp for messages. However everytime I receive a message the sound will play 4 times. I have checked settings and turned off repeat notifications to no avail. Some help would be greatly appreciated.
