So my phone died and guess how you INSIST on getting me to verify account on new phone???????
Why is there not a tickbox saying 'don't have access to old phone'????????????????
I use an esim not a physical sim so cannot just swap out a sim.
AND guess how you want me to contact support......................................ye right sign in on old phone.
Seriously sort out you methods for contacting you and give that extra option!
