@kanes_kidTry soft reseting your device by pressing and holding power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds until samsung logo appears.
Try wipe cache from play store:
Settings > apps > search Google play store > storage > clear cache. And try force stop it.
You can restart your router, as well you can do reset on WiFi and Bluetooth.
Settings > general management > reset > reset WiFi and Bluetooth settings.
Also make sure you have proper connections to WiFi.
