Hello. I have just recently been charged by "SAMSUNG-GLOBALGOALSAPP" for an amount of £3, which I have not authorised. I'm wondering how I can fix this and get a refund. I contacted Samsung and they said they have no visibility on this.
You need to speak with your bank saying you've had a authorised payment taken from your account. They'll have the payment details on who has taken it from you you may be able to reclaim the funds
