Ever since the one UI 7 update, my s23 ultra is having issues charging. It charges slowly and the charging turns on and off randomly. Tried multiple cords and adapters and a wireless charger all with the same problems.
Try getting a can of air and blowing it into the charging slot of the phone. Sometimes lint (or something like that) gets into the slot. Could be a coincidence that it happened at upgrade time? Try that first... I've upgraded too and not had that issue?
I tried cleaning the port and it didn't seem to make a difference. I have seen a few other people that have had the same issue since the update. The wireless charger doesn't work either so I don't think it's the port...
Yes same problem. After the update my s24 ultra will now only slow charge including wireless charging. It's driving me insane!!! Samsung sort this out!!
