Dose anyone why I can't find the Bixby to download om to my new Samsung tablet?

Have you looked at the Galaxy Store to download it from. By the way not all apps are compatible to use with tablets.

@Luke1931 Bixby should be preinstalld on Mid Range/Premium phones and Tablets.

if you go to Settings-Advanced Features-Bixby should be be able to set it up.  otherwise if issue can download from Galaxy Store.  More information here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-is-bixby-and-how-do-i-use-it/

As a side Note it is Gemini Assistant which is the default Digital Assistant on the S25 series, Bixby though can still be launched manually to do certain things and likely the downgrading will be continued in the future.

I have looked the Galaxy Store and the Google Play Store but can not find it at all.

@Luke1931: Please can you confirm the model name/number of your tablet, located in Settings > About tablet. 

In the meantime, please try swiping up from your Home screen > Tap on the Search bar at the top of the screen > Search 'Bixby'. If the app appears in the results, press and hold on the app icon and select 'Locate app' to take you to its current location (the icon will bounce up and down to draw your attention to it).

The samsung tablet I am using is Galaxy Tab A9+
