Secure folder sign in issue

When I try to open secure folder, it says to sign into my email and restart it, even though I'm already signed in? It's the same email and account I used, and when I go and try to open secure folder settings it keeps opening the app.

You're 100% confident you are using the same samsung account?

Try a reboot.
Try signing out of your samsung account, rebooting and signing back in again.

Worse case scenario, you might have backups if you did full phone backups with smart switch in the past

Don't quote me on this but I believe having this off in the secure folder might stop this happening in future. Doesn't really help you now but it's an observation
