Super Fast Charger is not working with my mobile

Hi Team

I Have Samsung A71 Mobile. I am not able to charge from The Super Fast Adapter that i got with mobile but it is working with my another Samsung mobile also. If i am charging from Another Samsung mobile adapter then it is working fine without any issue.

So i am confuse about issue. is it issue of mobile or Adapter. if this is issue of mobile then it should not charge from another adapter and if issue is with Adapter then another mobile will not charge from it. Please suggest me what i have to do in this situation

Try going settings device care click on battery then more battery settings and make sure fast charging slider is on

Thank for Quick reply. This setting is already enabled. even if setting not enabled then also it should charge the mobile not fast but slow charging can be enable. Same Adapter is charging another mobile but not working on my mobile. But i can charge my mobile from another Adapter .

Is this issue of Software Update?

Try clicking on the get help icon at the bottom of the page then click on interactive USB charging to run test and see if it helps 👍
