Hi,
I'm trying to finish setting up Find My Mobile and I want to enable the remote unlock. When I switch the toggle and then enter my pin and press continue/done, it switches back to off and says "check network connection and try again." My WiFi and data are enabled and working fine. Does anyone have a solution for this?
I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite

I had the same issue and solved by updating the Find My Mobile app. Go to Settings, Apps, Samsung app settings and select Find My Mobile, then update it to the latest version.
