I just forgot my phones password and tried multiple of times to unlock it using remote unlock from samsung but since it was not turned on it has registered error.I am seeking for any help which might help me unlock my phone.thank you

Why did u continue if you saw you got timed out for 30 seconds for 5 failed attempts?
You could of done a factory reset. I know you would lost your data. It would of been better than a completly locked phone.

@BRIAN1598: That's right. If you have a copy of your proof of purchase, then you can reach out to our Support Team via samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and an advisor can arrange for an engineer to unlock the device for you.

I have the same problem as Brian1598. I forgot my password and I couldn't unlock the phone A51. The phone did not ask me this password for several years. Now it happened. All efforts did nothing. The only way to unlock is to erase data and starting from the beginning. This is unacceptable for Samsung. I am true owner of this phone, I may be verified in many ways, I have Samsung account, Google account etc. but I couldn't reset my password. I have to lost my photos, contacts, videos, many important appl and so on. The producer (Samsung) thoughts only on thieves, not about true owners. To hell with such phones. I am very nervous.
PS. Of course it's my fault for not making backups in Samsung or Google clouds.
