Hello!
For the past 2 weeks I have not been able to use my phone outside the house at all due to the network issue following the software update. I have a S22 Ultra 5G and the internet works for 5 minutes then just goes! I cant make any calls or texts at all unless when connected to wifi. I have tried formatting my phone, resetting Network settings / APN etc. Has anyone else managed to resolve this? All my family members with S22 and some A series are facing the same issue. I even swapped the sim to another network and i'm having the same issue. This is so inconvenient - purchased a phone from Samsung and not even able to use it! What's the point of having a phone, which does not phone - not really a phone then is it? Sort it out Samsung. I'm 9 months pregnant and needed to go to the hospital last minute and couldn't get in touch with ANY of my family members. Very disappointing.
