Samsung members broken update

Heyo everyone. Kinda an urgent thing of me saying do not update samsung members.

There's a new update for it on the galaxy store but doing so will break the app. On loading it, you get a server response error and cannot do anything.

The solution is to delete it and download it from the google play store as that has the older version.

I say urgent as if you update the app, you won't be able to read this to know how to fix it

Having the exact same issue, last week I posted a picture on the samsung gallery thread day later was getting this error, I deleted the app and reinstalled and it started working again, then yesterday I  entered the Minecraft competition posted the same pick, got a notification 🔔 to say someone liked it, went to view the notification and the app is messing around again, deleted again reinstalled again but this time still not working.

I don't get it myself, big brand like Samsung and their developers can't even get their In house app working on their latest phone, iv uninstall reinstalled rebooted phone tried everything now it won't work at all.

I've just checked. It's currently impossible to fix, right now. The samsung team is working on it, though.

I just installed an apk from apkpure, seems to work perfectly.

Thanks for the information, aware that a few Members are  still having problems  when installing from Google play.   Hopefuly it will be sorted though.

No, now it's faulty version in Google Play Store too

It's still the old version that breaks the app 5.3.00.9 both the same update on the Google Play Store and the Galaxy Store both running that version that breaks the server. Don't update it.

Faulty version is 5.3.009, not 5.02.02.3

Please don't update your app. Samsung needs to issue a fix for this.
