My younger sister has a Samsung A10

She recently updated her phone and she can't get into it. It comes up with a screen saying  "Your password contains at least 4 characters, including at least 1 letter” 

I've tried going to FindMyPhone to try and unlock the phone remotely but she don't have that feature enabled on her phone. 

I don't know what to do. Please help asap.

She don't know the password. 

Also hard resetting don't work either. It just appears again.

Same experience! Did nothing to change security settings yet encountered this: 

"Your password contains at least 4 characters, including at least 1 letter"
samsung failed to address this for years now. will definitely sing apple song from now on.
