Problem phoning from Tab A7 lite

I have a new Tab AT lite with sim card.

When I try to make a call the other phone rings but I keep getting this message on my tablet screen 'Double click to unlock'.

I do this  and it unlocks but immediately locks again with the same massage.

What is the problem??

Hi @Members_gJOSsdc, are you still experiencing this issue? Can you take a screenshot of this message and share it? Have you tried restarting the tablet and updating it to the latest software for maximum stability? Settings > Software update > Download and install.
