On my Tablet s6 Lite 2022 I cannot connect to OneDrive folder through Samsung Notes.
However if I connect OneDrive through Samsung MyFiles, then you can see the OneDrive files from SNotes. However if you refresh, you need to sync again from Samsung MyFiles to make those file obvious again.
It's really annoying.
Also, another problem is that you cannot see the normal OneDrive structure, rather an alphabetical order of all the files in OneDrive. But if you have millions of files in OneDrive, this is totally ususable.
