I bought a phone at a samsung experience store and they weren't able to print out a receipt but I also haven't received my email receipt. Online customer service weren't able to give any advice and there isn't a direct number to the store. Do online receipts take a while sometimes? I'd prefer not to have to go into town and waste my time fetching a receipt that should of been provided in the first instance.

@Charlie32: If you follow the link below, and select 'Mobile Device' then you can use the search function to the left of the map to find the relevant store. Click on the search results, and it will display the contact details, which you can use to reach out to the store to get an update on the progress of the receipt.

I appreciate the message but that gives me a general number to customer service, who have not been much help, with no direct way to contact the store in question.
