My Samsung reminder app on my Samsung Galaxy A33 5G was not working with the Microsoft To Do integration, and the sync failed.
It has not been working long while. I took this question on Google, and somebody already asked about the Samsung members' community. I don't know if Microsoft or Samsung discounts this work.
It is for my Microsoft account, and I had no grant permissions.
Samsung said I need I try a soft reset on your phone. I have updated Microsoft To Do. No update Samsung Reminder.
I have disabled the sync between Reminder and Microsoft To Do.
One tried both apps cache cleared, and I re-enabled the sync between Reminder and Microsoft To Do.
They said they had spoken to Microsoft directly about this, and there may be a setting on their side that is preventing this.
Please help me on this.
