How to make an album not show up in Gallery but show up in My Files

I recently moved all my WhatsApp files from an iPhone to a Samsung and all my photos, videos, gifs, etc. show up in Gallery. Is there a way to hide them (they are in specific albums) without moving them to Secure Folder? Moving them to Secure folder makes them not show up in WhatsApp anymore. If only they could exist in My Files without ever showing up in Gallery.

Open Gallery app. Top right click the show all option. Once all your albums are displayed, click the 3 dots at the top right. Select hide albums and a list will appear. Scroll down and choose the albums you want to hide in your gallery. Hope this helps
