This is filters- portrait, smooth, pop,etc
So tap on one of the filters, smooth, pop, etc., you can scroll to the right, but for this image those filters won't really help you because the sky is white, so first you have to use tools, (etc.brush temperature-10), and then you can use filters.

I have tried multiple times as you said but unable getting a blue sky. I'm interested to know how you can get that blue sky template mentioned in your previsous posts.
PICNIC has blue sky templates. I have installed it but unable to get it to work. Neither Google Photos nor S22 Gallery can find it.

You're not very clear to me. If you've already downloaded Picnic, I guess you'll open that application, and the instructions on how to use it are in the video where you downloaded it. It couldn't be simpler than described. Personally, I would never download unverified and unknown applications, especially editors, it's an open secret that image editors often plant various viruses and Trojan horses.
Here's your image again, and I've already described the way I processed it, I don't feel like explaining the same thing over and over again.

Just one more thing. You asked if you could add clouds. Sketch to Image in Samsung Gallery is the right tool for that, you probably already got that feature on the s22 ultra.

It is very strange on my Galaxy S22 Ultra phone here.
Before when I tried to install "Sketch to Image", it said - Sketch to image version 5.8.56.4 The latest version already installed. But I can't find it.
Same as to your previsous advice using Snapseed - select "Style" but I can't find it compelling me to ask you the 2nd time. Sorry for that.
I made use of PICNIC adding blue sky and it works. The photo selected is on Galaxy not on Google photo. Google photo can't find PICNIC. It finds Snapseed. It is very strange to me.

I'm glad you figured out how to use Picnic.
As for Snapseed, it's obviously called Looks in your version, Styles in mine, and it doesn't matter what it's called, I don't know why you keep insisting on irrelevant things that have nothing to do with your topic, you're just cluttering up your topic for no reason, making others wonder if they should have replied to you at all.
As for Sketch to Image, Samsung has the best instructions, so here they are

Thanks for the link. It is very useful.
Is there any way adding new filters to the item "Filter" on S22 phone? Accidentally I cam across it before but I couldn't find it anymore. I need adding new sky filters.
PICNIC is good on adding sky to photos howerver there are many advertisement on running it. I have to close the advisement one by one but they continue invading. Thanks
