November update not received till now on S24ultra?

I haven't received November update yet on S24 ultra. Anyone same situation and is this normal since I live egypt?

Did you get your phone from same region you live in? We've seen multiple occasions where people buy phones online not directly from Samsung or network provider and turn out phones CSC (country specific code) is different then the person's region, therefore they won't receive updates.
If you bought from reputable seller in your region it also depends on network and when your region will release update, yes I've seen people on forums with s24 ultra still waiting for November update even though phone bought from same region .
Now that being said have you tried smart switch and update with your PC? Here's official link on how to do it:

As you are in Egypt, you may wish to reach out to your local Samsung Community for your answer.

Here in the UK most S24 Ultra devices have now got the November update however different regions roll out at different times.

It's normal to be kept waiting, I'm waiting for the software update for my S22ultra, heard that the S21 received there's last week but like for the rest of various devices we are still waiting.
